- When will my order arrive? At Npriority we have a specialized team that finds unique and innovative products from all around the world. These unique items are "viral" and in very high demand, so processing & shipping times are between 10-28 days, depending on your location. Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within 7-21 days and orders shipped to Canada, Australia, Europe etc. typically arrive within 10-28 days. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email. In rare cases delays can happen during the shipping process that include customs delays, weather delays, breakdowns, etc. so please check with our support team if your order doesn't arrive on time.

- How much does shipping cost? Shipping rates to the USA start at $4.95 and international shipments start at $5.95. These rates can vary based on item weight and your location. Doesent apply if FREE SHIPPING is available.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- I received an incorrect or defective item, what do I do? At Nrpriority we work hard to mark sure the order process is problem free, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please email our support team at contact within 7 days of receiving your and let us know your problem, we will make sure your issues are resolved. Please include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective merchandise free of charge.
- What if I need to make a return? We have a 30 day return policy for items on Npriority. Items must be returned in their original/unused condition, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the unused item is returned, we will inspect the item's condition and issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
- I made a mistake and need to cancel or change my order, what do I do? If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email our support team within 24 hours. We cannot modify or cancel orders once your item has been processed and shipped and we will refer you to our Return Policy in that situation.
- Where is my order? Sometimes there are delays in the shipping process which could cause your order to be late. These are rare cases and do not happen often. If your order isn't delivered within 45 days of the original order date, we can offer you a full refund on your purchase. Please note: To get your orders to you in the fastest manner, we may ship multiple packages at different times. Don't be concerned when one package arrives earlier than another, this helps to speed up shipping time.
